AIKIDO CLASSES

Aikido is the Japanese martial art of self-defense against open-hand, weapon, and multiple attacks by throws, locks, and pins.

Aikido techniques for law enforcement are taught, also.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS

Driving north on I-26 away from Columbia, go under the bridge and get off at Exit 103. At the top of the ramp, turn left on Harbison Boulevard, and go 0.4 miles to Hillpine Road. Turn right on Hillpine Road and go 0.25 miles to Harbison Recreation Center on the left.

Driving south on I-26 toward Columbia, get off at Exit 103. At the top of the ramp, turn left on Harbison Boulevard, and go 0.6 miles to Hillpine Road. Turn right on Hillpine Road and go 0.25 miles to Harbison Recreation Center on the left.
